During pre- construction, along with customary and accepted construction industry planning practices, BAR Scheduling, LLC identifies as part of the critical path
 sequencing; facilities logistics, coordination with ongoing operations and/or tenants, complex phasing requirements, resource availability, and trade flows within areas as part of the baseline plan to acommodate a successful project execution.
Construction services include monthly status updates and reports to benchmark project progress against the baseline plan, while reviewing changes to the critical path that may either impact the project milestones negatively or be opportunities to improve the project schedule.
In the event a project experiences negative impact(s), BAR Scheduling, LLC works with all stakeholders to provide recovery schedule planning to reestablish a project execution path to support timely project completion.
