I have 20 years of construction and 8 years of general industry experience covering a wide range of projects in the Commercial, Industrial, Public Transportation,
and Federal Sector. I am experienced in many aspects of construction management having served in the capacities of schedule consultant, corporate and district scheduler,
project controls manager, assistant safety director, estimator and quality control inspector at various points in my career.
I am highly experienced in working on projects that are time sensitive and/or involve coordination with ongoing operations and tenants.
I have the proven ability to plan projects subject to complex phasing requirements while maintaining continuity with ongoing owner operations within or adjacent to the planned work.
Based upon my experience, I am recognized in the industry for my ability to manage CPM scheduling needs for Design, Pre-Construction & Procurement, Construction, Commissioning
and Facilities Maintenance Phases of a project.
